Optimo Solutions Ltd. was co-founded in Denver, Colorado, by Tim Turcotte, a tech innovator and AI strategist, and Susan Turcotte, the company’s initial investor and the unwavering support behind the vision.
Tim spent over 25 years helping organizations adopt technology that transforms operations. As the real estate industry evolved—and grew more chaotic—he saw a widening gap between the tools REALTORS® actually need and the ones they were being sold.

Susan believed in the mission from day one.
